• Founded in 2011, a mixed use area on both
the East and West Granada Boulevard Corridor in a community with a high con- centration of cultural facilities and operations aimed to promote economic development and cultural activity.
Ormond Memorial Art Museum and Gardens

• Founded in 1946 as a war memorial for vet- erans from Ormond Beach, the Museum houses rotating exhibits by prominent artists in all media. The permanent collection includes 56 religious themed paintings by the late Malcolm Fraser, which are shown on an annual basis. Gardens feature winding paths lined with flowers, shrubs, waterfalls, bridges, and lily ponds. A popular setting for many weddings each year.

Performing Arts Center of Ormond Beach

• The 23,000+ square foot theatre seats 600 patrons in a stadium-styled setting and hosts national, regional and location theatrical troupes, schools, dance programs, concerts and seminars. The facility is equipped with a professional sound, stage, lighting and back- stage equipment to serve general perfor- mance needs, The theatre is fully accessible to patrons with disabilities and offers hearing assisted devices free of charge. The Ormond Beach Performing Arts Center provides area residents and visitors with exceptional enter- tainment in the tradition of true community theatre.
Pioneer Settlement for the Creative Arts

• Non-profit organization dedicated to preser-
vation and education of the arts and activi- ties of early settlers. Founded in 1976 by a group of arts teachers, it is housed in the old Central High School of Barberville. Primary focus is educational programs for children to experience aspects of pioneer life.
